"Delivered damaged freezer and won't replace it"

We just purchased our 2nd freezer from Relibuy. The driver dropped it off and left. We unboxed it and found a huge dent and scratch on the side. We contacted reliabuy and their response was that it was our fault that we didn't make the delivery driver stay while we inspected it for damages. They refuse to do anything about it. They are "claiming" that they will file a claim with the company that delivered it but told us to not hold our breath that anything would be done. I will never order from them again and will take my business to a company that stands behind their products. I own 3 retail stores and I'm opening my 4th. I will be sharing my experience with everyone I meet. Thanks for nothing Paul and Reliabuy. Not really reliable, are you? Luckily my credit card company agrees that this is an awful business practice. Relibuy you will be hearing from them soon.
